For account holders who do not have a debit card linked to their customer id will be able to re-generate Netbanking through OTP only.
Method 02: NetBanking Registration through PhoneBanking:
In order to activate HDFC NetBanking. You need to Call the HDFC PhoneBanking unit and register for NetBanking. PhoneBanking agent will ask account information like Customer Id, Address, Contact Number and as you can authenticate yourself using the Telephone Identification Number or Debit Card and PIN.

The steps that need to be followed for Registering for NetBanking on an HDFC Bank ATM are as follows:
- First, Please insert your ATM
- On the Main screen , you need to select “other option”
- Next Step, there is an option on the screen “Register for NetBanking”
- By selection of this option, you need to confirm the request.
Method 04: NetBanking Registration through HDFC Branch:
To register for Internet Banking, You can download a Net Banking Registration form or have it collected it from any of near HDFC branches.
After NetBanking application is received, Fill the form and submit it to your nearest HDFC bank, Once it done. They will generated NetBanking IPIN and It will sent to your address within a maximum of 8 working days.
On receipt of your IPIN (Password), you can access your NetBanking Account with your unique Customer ID and IPIN.
Steps for NetBanking Password(IPIN) Regeneration:
Go to www.hdfcbank.com, then, select NetBanking –> Click on “Know More” Option –> Regenerate IPIN online –> Regenerate IPIN using One Time password (OTP) –> Enter the Customer ID –> Confirm Mobile details –> Enter the OTP received on your Mobile number –> Select Active Debit Card –> Enter Debit Card Details –> Set NetBanking Password and login instantly
